We understand that trying CrossFit or any new workout program can be intimidating, so we have created a smooth on-ramp process for new members.

Your first session is free and includes an initial consult about your fitness background and specific goals, then moves into a warm-up and brief workout.

These intro sessions are suitable for all levels and allow us to give you the best prescription for achieving your goals.

We offer our free intro classes on Saturdays at 9:30 AM.
